Our services are structured in three stages :

  • Assessment of a sample of stores representative of the chain. Presentation of our analysis.

  • Implementation of an action plan that targets the three sources of unknown shrinkage: external, internal and organizational. The action plan incorporates elements of training, fraud detection, communication, process drafting and security strengthening.

  • Auditing and monitoring. Preventing shrinkage is a long-term task. We provide suitable monitoring, backed up by regular point of sale audits.
